1) Get a great Gmat score- solve all the OG books, use online resources like Free Gmat Tests
2)Please do not copy the essay from anywhere, the admission panle is smart enough to find out un-original material
3) Be different from other applicants with the same profile as yours. eg. If you are a software guy, teaching history in a local college will do wonders to your application
